Our Reading area client is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!
Customer Service Clerk
Pay: $18.00/hr
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, health insurance, 401K available once hired on!
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound call from client and fulfilling requests
- Taking orders, creating quotes
- Packing items as needed
- Daily invoicing and data entry of customer and vendor information
- Data entry
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with computers – Outlook and Excel – and the ability to learn other programs
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience with inventory systems
- 1+ year of inside sales experience
