Call Center Representative
Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift – (8AM-4:30PM) during training, (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM) after training
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
- Resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Achieve customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Strive for first contact resolution
Qualifications of the Call Center Representative:
- Attendance is crucial in this role. You must be able to attend work during your scheduled shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and keyboard skills
- Basic math skills
