Production Lead
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (7:00 AM- 3:30 PM)
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
- Guide production associates in their assigned duties to meet production deadlines
- Identify and come up with solutions to problems concerning materials or equipment
- Using hand tools to build racks for large parts
- Complete Daily Safety Checklist
- Conduct daily start-of-shift meeting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Production Lead:
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for entire shift
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- At least 1 year experience as a lead
- 2+ years experience in production
- HS diploma or GED
