However, based on performance and business needs, there is potential for the role to become permanent. A strong performer—someone who produces quality work and maintains minimal absences—will be highly considered for long-term placement.

Temporary Laborer
Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Assemble components for fence systems and animal collars

Perform basic product testing to ensure proper functionality

Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy and quality standards

Handle hands-on tasks with care and attention to detail

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support daily production needs as assigned
