Maintenance Technician
Pay: $27.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 8–12 hours daily with Saturdays as needed
Location: Reading, PA
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist both molding and maintenance personnel with the unpacking, installation, and commissioning of new molding machines and equipment.
- Unpacking of equipment, breaking down packaging
- Cleaning of equipment
- Assembling equipment
- Assist production as needed
- Ensures all safety procedures are followed
- Works to maintain a clean & organized working environment
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing/maintenance experience with an emphasis on mechanical amplitude.
- Use of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have electrical knowledge/background
- Ability to both well in bot a team atmosphere
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- General maintenance and tool knowledge required
- Must be able to work in the US
- Must be a solid communicator
- Use of pallet jack
- Use of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- This position is very active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing; use of hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- This position requires frequent communications with other employees. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
