Express is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Franklin, PA!

Job Description:

• Repair equipment to performance standards. Includes, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, motor, conveyor, construction, welding, fabricating, PLC, plumbing.
• Keep all equipment in good working order.
• Maintain the facility in safe manner.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance.
• Conveyor and sheeting line repair.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills
• Great communication skills
• Must be self motivated
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and repeatedly

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• Daylight hours
• 8 hour shifts
• Overtime available as needed

Pay:

• $24-28.00/hr based on experience and skill set
