Pay: $24.00/hr

Express is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a local facility in Butler, PA!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
Hire, train, and lead a team of food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and revenue to achieve financial goals.
Implement effective inventory control procedures, including ordering, stock management, and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and quality.
Work closely with the culinary team to create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Address customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee all operations, ensuring compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
Current RAMP and ServSafe Certifications
Strong understanding of LCB Rules and Regulations
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in staff training and development.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
