Job Full Description
Express is seeking experienced Welders for a company in Zelienople, PA! This position is ideal for individuals with MIG, TIG, and Flux Core experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Schedule:
-
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- - OR -
-
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Job Responsibilities:
-
Review drawings and welding specifications for each project
-
Set up welding machines and required equipment
-
Weld fabricated assemblies to required quality standards

Perform quality checks to ensure weld integrity

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area (5S principles)

Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding experience

High School Diploma or GED
-
Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and procedures
-
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds
-
Ability to pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications (AWS D14.6 if applicable)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPE including respirators

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
