Express is seeking an Event Director for a venue in Butler, PA!

 

Job Duties: 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events (weddings/retreats/corporate events/private gatherings/etc.) from initial inquiry through post-event follow up.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Manage event budgets, contracts, deposits, and billing while ensuring profitability and cost contro
• Ensure all events are executed according to client expectations and company standards

Requirements: 

• Must have open availability to accommodate events on various days and times

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in event planning required

Pay: 

• $19.50/hr
