Job Full Description
Express is seeking a CDL A Driver for a well known company in Grove City, PA!
Job Description:
- Receiving shipments and supplies
- Maintaining the work area clean
- Driving vehicles, including forklifts, tractors, and trucks (48-53ft)
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Taking part in inventories
- Updating records
- Transporting packages and other merchandise from the warehouse to different locations- inventory cycling as needed
- Following route sheets to avoid delays in the delivery
- Loading merchandise thoughtfully to facilitate quick access
- Checking all the loaded items to ensure that the orders are correct
- Returning defective merchandise
- Updating the inventory sheet
- Breaking down of pallets
- Pre and post trip inspections – includes signals and lights, caring for and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Servicing/Assisting Sales Team
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
- Valid CDL A and DOT card
- Clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- Exact shift times are dependent on delivery schedule
- Daylight
- Roughly 8 hour days
- HOME EVERY NIGHT!
