Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards

Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries

Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces

Restock room supplies and housekeeping carts

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 25–50 pounds

Reliable transportation to Willow Grove, PA
