Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative, Data & Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting operations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare, organize, and analyze data to support daily operations
- Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with basic data analysis and identify discrepancies or trends
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Complete general administrative tasks, including filing and document management
- Support processing tasks and assist with SWISS writing assignments and related documentation
Qualifications
- Experience with data entry and administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: Approximately 7:30 AM
- End time: Between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Some Saturdays required based on business needs
