Machine Operator –
Location: Morton, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Summary
Express is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join one of our manufacturing warehouses. The Machine Operator will operate production equipment used in the manufacturing of optical lenses and components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

Set up machines according to production specifications.

Load and unload materials into equipment.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Measure and verify products using basic inspection tools.

Make minor machine adjustments as needed.

Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Record production information and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.

Meet daily production and quality goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with machinery in a production environment. Experience with optical manufacturing or precision production is a plus.
