Silk Screener / Screen Printing Production Associate
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday 10am-3pm
Pay Rate: $13/hour
Job Summary
Express is seeking a reliable female and detail-oriented Silk Screener to assist with screen printing and finishing production. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. THEY WILL TRAIN YOU
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and operate screen printing equipment.

Apply ink and screen designs to products according to specifications.

Position and align materials accurately before printing.

Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.

Inspect finished products for smudges, misprints, imperfections, and other defects.

Clean and maintain screens, tools, and work areas.

Prepare materials and products for the next stage of production.

Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Meet daily production and quality goals.

Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous silk screening or screen-printing experience preferred.

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or finishing experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small imperfections.

Good hand-eye coordination.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
