Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Order Processing Specialist to manage incoming customer orders and coordinate scheduling through to final installation. This position requires strong communication skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders received through customer portals
- Print and assemble order documents for internal use
- Send order acknowledgements to homeowners
- Monitor customer portals for updates, changes, and correspondence
- Review orders for accuracy; notify customers of changes or issues via the portal
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely material procurement
- Schedule template measurements and installations
- Schedule subcontractors as needed
- Upload signed customer acceptance forms upon completion
- Answer phone calls and provide customer support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Experience with similar order management systems a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
