Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize brroker’s calendar — appointments, showings, closings, travel, and personal tasks.
- Serve as point of contact between the broker and clients, vendors, attorneys, escrow, inspectors, and internal team members.
· Prepare listing agreements, offers, disclosures, and other transactional documents.
· Track leads and client follow-ups in CRM; maintain pipelines and contact
· Handle MLS input, listing updates, and coordinate marketing campaigns (print, digital, open houses).
· Coordinate transaction timelines — inspections, appraisals, deadlines — and keep everything (and everyone) moving.
· Manage inbox and handle communications on behalf of the broker, with judgment and discretion.
· Assist with financial and business reports, expense tracking, and invoice coordination.
· Maintain confidentiality with sensitive client, financial, and business information.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2+ years supporting a high-volume real estate agent/broker or similar fast-paced exec role).
· Familiar with real estate processes, documents, terminology, and local compliance is a plus
· Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, MS Office, e-sign platforms (DocuSign, Dotloop), and MLS systems.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Haves:
· Real Estate License (active or inactive)
· Experience in transaction coordination, listing management, or property marketing
· Familiarity with real estate photography/videography scheduling and social media promotion
Work Environment:
