Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry work
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to company standards
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Assist with property renovations and upgrades as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
