Customer Service Desk Associate
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, returns, and store transactions efficiently and courteously. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, concerns, or complaints.

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately according to store policies.

Answer phone calls and provide information regarding store products, services, and promotions.

Issue store gift cards, rain checks, and other customer service-related items.

Assist with lost and found items, and manage customer messages as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
