Job Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing office in Sewickley, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working at a desk, using a hands-free headset to talk to customers on the phone (inbound and outbound calls) regarding their orders, new products and promotions. Documentation is extremely important so the Customer Service Representative will be required to enter data, file paperwork and schedule appointments. The goal of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure every customer is satisfied by the end of the conversation.

 

Location: Sewickley, PA

Position Type: Full-time

Pay: $18/hr. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Representative role
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently through critical thinking
  • Demonstrated passion for providing extraordinary customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency
  • Capability to learn company products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry and documentation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
