Job Full Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join a busy electroplating facility. This role involves handling metal parts throughout the plating process and ensuring products are properly prepared and packaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place metal parts onto racks on the assembly line for the electroplating process
- Remove plated metal parts from racks after processing
- Carefully place finished parts into designated boxes
- Move and organize boxes weighing up to 15 lbs
- Inspect parts for quality and report any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15 lbs
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
