Production Associate – Manufacturing
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This role supports daily production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment and is responsible for helping ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands-on labor experience who enjoy working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery after training
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Perform loading, unloading, and material handling tasks
- Assist team members with production needs to maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Facility is not climate controlled; candidates must be comfortable working in a warm industrial setting and exposure to heat during warmer months
- Work is performed around production equipment and materials
- Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
- Proper safety procedures and required protective equipment must be followed
