Job Full Description

Maintenance Tech needed in Scranton/Dunmore area. Previous experience is a MUST- will not train. Pay will be based on experience.

 

Technical Skills

1. Mechanical skills – Understanding and repairing mechanical systems (pumps, motors, belts, conveyors).
2. Electrical knowledge – Wiring, circuits, breakers, troubleshooting electrical panels.
3. Plumbing – Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, installing pipes.
4. HVAC systems – Operating and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
5. Welding and fabrication – Cutting, joining, and shaping metal parts when needed.
6. Preventive maintenance – Scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments to prevent breakdowns.
7. Machine repair – Diagnosing and fixing equipment used in manufacturing or facility operations.
