Do you love working with people? Seeking a full or part-time opportunity in the Centre County area? Express Employment Professionals is seeking several Customer Service Representatives for a large client.
* $18-$24/hour depending on experience
* Full or part time available (must work at least 2 days per week)
* Must work one rotating holiday
* Excellent benefits
* Duties will include: Checking patients in for appointments, procedures and visits. Verifying insurance, contact info, addresses and additional information. Use of computer software, printers, fax machines and phones. Answer multi-line phone systems and transfer calls if needed.
* Seeking candidates with 2+ years of customer service experience and a HS Diploma. Must enjoy interacting with people and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to show empathy and patience when working with the public. Basic computer skills required.
