Express is searching for a TEMPORARY Maintenance Technician for an elderly apartment community in the Carmichaels, PA area! This will be a roughly 6-8 week assignment only!
Job Duties:
- Basic repair to plumbing
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical issues
- Groundskeeping
- Flipping apartments to have them ready for new clients
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule and Pay:
- Schedule is TBD but the hours will be 7am to 3pm
- Pay is $18/hr
