Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Washington, PA. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy driving, warehouse work, physical labor, and hands-on responsibilities.

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate will make local and regional deliveries, operate company vehicles, load and unload materials, and assist with warehouse operations when not on the road.

No CDL is required, although CDL Class A experience is preferred.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Drive pickup trucks, rack trucks with trailers, and small flatbed trucks
• Complete local and regional delivery routes
• Safely transport glass, aluminum, and other materials
• Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles
• Secure materials for safe transportation
• Verify, label, and organize materials for delivery
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not making deliveries
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse and loading area
• Follow delivery schedules, instructions, and company safety procedures
• Provide dependable and professional service during deliveries

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• CDL Class A preferred but not required
• Previous delivery driver, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience is a plus
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and stay on task
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on warehouse and delivery work
• Reliable transportation to the Washington, PA work location
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse and delivery position requiring regular physical activity.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently
• Regular lifting, carrying, bending, crouching, and reaching
• Ability to load and unload materials
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a physical warehouse and delivery environment

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Start times may vary based on delivery schedules
• Occasional overtime available
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Home every night
