Job Title: Recruiting Specialist – Light Industrial Staffing
Location: Washington, Pa
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch)
About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support our light industrial and warehouse staffing operations. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting for positions such as general labor, warehouse associates, production workers, forklift operators, and skilled trades support roles. No recruiting experience is required—we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Conduct high-volume phone screens
- Post and manage job ads across multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Match candidates to client needs, shifts, and job requirements
- Accurately track candidate and associate information in the ATS
- Support daily staffing needs, call-offs, and urgent fill requests
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills (job boards, email, data entry)
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, call centers, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required
