Maintenance Technician – Industrial / Manufacturing

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing company in Donora, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an industrial maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical experience who is looking for competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term employment.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment changeovers, and corrective maintenance throughout the manufacturing plant. This position plays an important role in reducing equipment downtime and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production line equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Complete equipment changeovers and production line setups
- Repair mechanical components including pumps, seals, bearings, motors, and conveyors
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motor control centers, fill/seal equipment, and cooling tunnels
- Assist with installation and startup of new equipment
- Generate, complete, and document maintenance work orders
- Submit parts requests and maintain awareness of parts and maintenance inventory
- Support food safety, sanitation, and quality systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance and production environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer specifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
- 3rd Shift Differential: Additional $4.00 per hour
Pay & Opportunity
