NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
$18–$21/HR | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Washington, PA | Travel Required
Job time 7:30am-4pm
2 15 minute paid breaks, 1 unpaid 30 minute lunch
Express Employment Professionals – Washington County is seeking Entry-Level Field Service Technician Trainees for a growing power systems company specializing in critical backup power solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a hands-on technical career and learn directly in the field.
You will work alongside experienced technicians and learn valuable skills that support essential industries such as hospitals, data centers, banks, and manufacturing facilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (WITH TRAINING PROVIDED):
• Learn to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Assist with UPS systems, stationary battery systems, and telecom power equipment
• Support basic diagnostics of battery chargers and power systems
• Learn field wiring for batteries, chargers, and UPS equipment
• Be trained on the use of electrical test equipment (multimeters, etc.)
• Help complete service reports and job documentation
• Work closely with senior technicians in the field to build hands-on skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to be trained
✔ Comfortable working in field environments and traveling to job sites

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Hands-on field work in various environments
