A local Wilkes Barre company is searching for a Customer Service Representative. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service Representative team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered.

What we look for:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
