Job Full Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Packaging Associates at our meat processing facility. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Package meat products according to company and customer specifications.

Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient production.

Inspect products for quality and compliance with food safety regulations.

Weigh, label, and stack packaged products accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of raw meat.

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food processing or packaging environment preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a cold environment (refrigerated processing area).

Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting.

Must be able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, including possible overtime.
