Plumber – Rough-In & Installation Specialist

About the Role

A well-established, family-operated mechanical contracting company in the Dallas, PA region is seeking an experienced Plumber to support installation work for new homes and businesses, with a primary focus on rough-ins, piping, and foundational plumbing setups.

This team has been providing professional mechanical services for generations and specializes in residential and light commercial installations, plumbing, heating, cooling, gas piping, and preventative maintenance. Technicians work on high-quality systems, with an emphasis on customer care, craftsmanship, and safety. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough-in plumbing for new construction, including layout, piping, drainage, venting, and water distribution systems.
• Install and prepare plumbing systems for HVAC-related equipment, appliances, and fixtures as required.
• Execute gas piping installations for various residential and commercial appliances. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing with heating/cooling systems.
• Conduct pressure tests and inspections to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional work environment on job sites.
• Provide high-quality workmanship aligned with company standards for customer care and long-term system reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred; rough-in experience strongly valued.
• Understanding of residential and light commercial plumbing codes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on job sites.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
