Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role includes making daily local deliveries throughout New Jersey and performing warehouse duties when not on the road. The ideal candidate has experience operating a sit-down forklift, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery

• Perform local, non-CDL deliveries to customers across New Jersey.
• Ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation of products.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and order documentation.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service at each delivery stop.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections following required safety standards.

Forklift Operation

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Move, organize, and stage materials within the warehouse.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures while operating equipment.

Warehouse Duties (When Not Driving)

• Assist with picking, packing, and staging customer orders.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed during non-delivery days.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
