Job Details

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a piling and industrial materials environment. This role assists with a variety of manual labor tasks to help ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor and/or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving steel piling and related materials
• Support machine operators, material handlers, and production staff as needed
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, stacking, banding, and preparing materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly
• Identify and report safety hazards, damaged materials, or equipment issues
• Assist with yard work, facility upkeep, and other duties as assigned
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and operational goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial work is a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (with heavier materials moved using equipment or assistance)
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
