Line Cook

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00/hour (higher rate available based on experience)
Location: Hazle Township, PA 
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. This position plays a key role in ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences through consistent food quality and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and ingredients before each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during busy service periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products properly.
• Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
