Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for Order Pickers (FHN) for a leading distribution and logistics facility in White Haven, PA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with the potential to earn $20-$30+ per hour after completing training.
Schedule
- Sunday - Wednesday
- 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Full-time overnight shift
Pay
Training Period (Approximately 3 Weeks)
After Successful Completion of Training
- Performance-based piece-rate pay
- Average earnings of $20.00-$30.00+ per hour
- Your earnings are based on productivity and pieces pulled
Job Duties
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy
- Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or production experience is a plus, but not required
