📍 Piedmont, SC
💲 Pay Based on Experience
🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Laborer for a growing industrial contractor serving major facilities throughout the Upstate. If you have construction experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to grow into equipment operation, this is a great opportunity!
Job Responsibilities
- Perform labor-intensive tasks on industrial job sites
- Assist with fire watch duties
- Push wheelbarrows and shovel materials
- Operate industrial vacuums and assist with concrete mixing
- Learn to safely operate handheld tools and small equipment
- Work as part of a small 2–3 person crew
- Perform work inside industrial facilities, including power plants and manufacturing sites
Schedule
🗓️ Monday – Friday
🕖 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Previous construction, concrete, or outdoor labor experience required
- Must be able to work in hot, dusty, and dirty industrial environments
- Basic English communication skills required (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Steel-toe boots required
- Drug screen required
