Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on skill and performance)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A premier and fast-growing engineering and manufacturing company in the Southeast is seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join its team. This organization specializes in designing and building custom automation equipment, CNC machining, and metal fabrication services for industries including aerospace, automotive, ceramics, injection molding, medical, packaging, tire manufacturing, and general manufacturing.
Responsibilities:

Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

Perform MIG & TIG welding on various metal components.

Weld, cut, grind, and clean parts to specification.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure conformance to standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding techniques.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience working with various types of metals.
-
Knowledge of standard and metric measurements.

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
