💵 Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
🕒 Monday – Friday (with plenty of overtime opportunities!)
⏰ Start Time: 6:45 AM
⏳ No Hard End Time – Work Until the Job Is Complete
What You'll Do
✔ Assist with asphalt paving and installation
✔ Operate equipment such as skid steers, rollers, and pavers
✔ Perform labor duties including shoveling and luting
✔ Prepare work sites and maintain safe job conditions
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience working outdoors in the elements
✔ Construction, landscaping, asphalt, or similar experience preferred
✔ Ability to perform physically demanding work
✔ Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
