Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electrical Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Pelzer, SC. If you enjoy hands-on work, have great attention to detail, and want a consistent four-day workweek, this is a great opportunity to join a quality-focused production team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical cables and components by following detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Perform assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, trimming, crimping, and organizing electrical components
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with building electrical assemblies and basic control panels
- Test completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Prepare completed products for shipment by cleaning, packaging, palletizing, and wrapping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Schedule
🗓️ Monday – Thursday
🕕 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish colored wires
- Drug screen required
- Steel-toe boots required
