Location: Easley, South Carolina
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team in Easley, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality products that make a real impact in construction.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.

Operate hand tools, nail guns, saws, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.

Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.

Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications

Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.

Ability to read and follow simple measurements and diagrams.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.
