Job Summary
The Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role includes operating a forklift, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all customers who enter the store or call in, offering support

Help customers make informed purchase decisions

Ensure customers receive the correct battery for their specific application

Explain product features, performance, applications, and benefits

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

Operate the POS system and process cash and card transactions

Perform general cleaning and upkeep to maintain a safe and professional store environment

Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse tasks as needed
