The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and production machinery

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) according to established schedules

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including changing bearings, belts, motors, and other components

Work with PLC systems for basic troubleshooting, monitoring, and adjustments

Perform MIG welding and fabrication repairs as needed

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical components, including sensors, switches, motors, and control panels

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals

Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects

Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

Proven experience as an industrial or maintenance technician

PLC experience required (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulics/pneumatics

MIG welding experience required

Experience working with electrical components and industrial electrical systems

Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment under minimal supervision
