✅ Perform MIG welding on metal components
✅ Read blueprints and welding specifications
✅ Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
✅ Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding
✅ Maintain a safe and organized work area
✅ Work with a team to meet daily production goals
✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous MIG welding experience
✔ Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔ Dependable attendance and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
