Job Full Description
We are currently looking for a qualified packer for a company located in Early Branch.
Pay: $14.00/hr.
Schedule: 3:30pm-12am
Job Responsibilities:

Accurately pack, sort, and label products according to order specifications.

Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing.

Ensure all products are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.

Use basic warehouse tools such as tape guns, scanners, or pallet jacks (if required).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
-
Assist with restocking packing materials and supplies.
-
Report any issues, shortages, or product concerns to supervisors.

Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail to ensure correct labeling, counting, and packing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.

Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs (depending on the worksite requirements).

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
-
Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred but not always required).
