Job Title: Automotive Lube Technician
Location: West Ashley, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $17 per hour, with potential for growth
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the automotive repair industry. As a Lube Tech, you’ll perform essential maintenance services and assist in ensuring vehicles run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Inspect vehicle undercarriage and components for wear and damage
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other basic maintenance parts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Ensure all services are performed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Basic automotive knowledge or previous lube tech experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
