Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: Charleston, SC 29414
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (potential for more with Supply Pro experience)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is essential to keeping projects organized and running smoothly — from identifying job readiness to submitting final invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client portals daily to identify jobs that are ready for service.
- Communicate job details and scheduling information to the operations team.
- Once work is complete, upload and submit invoices through the client portal.
- Gather, organize, and maintain paperwork and work orders (approximately 90% digital through the website).
- Support project tracking, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.
- Previous administrative experience in construction or a related trade preferred.
- Experience with Supply Pro software is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
