What You’ll Do

• Provide accurate pricing quotations and manage bookings for export shipments.
• Ensure all export documentation is complete and compliant.
• Handle Ocean & Air Export operations with full regulatory compliance.
• Perform AES filings and maintain adherence to governmental requirements.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and customs processes with international agents, carriers, and shipping lines.
• Track outbound shipments and keep clients informed every step of the way.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and warehouses to optimize costs.
• Manage NVOCC operations and FMC rate filings (MBL/HBL).
• Establish best practices and meet internal and client KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in export customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, multitasking environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
