Press Operator/Production Associate
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (Occasional Fridays)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day production activities, help maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and ensure that products meet quality and performance standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced industrial setting, ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production, assembly, or molding of manufactured parts
- Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Operate basic machinery or production equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
- Support general labor tasks as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Work Environment
This role is performed in an active production facility. The environment may involve noise, warm temperatures, and routine movement throughout the shift.
