Pre-Closer (Real Estate)

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Charleston-area law firm to hire a Pre-Closer to support real estate transactions from contract to closing.

$18-$24/hr. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as initial point of contact for agents, clients, and lenders
• Request and track documents needed for closings per contract terms
• Verify mortgage payoffs, taxes, and lien amounts
• Obtain attorney approval for transaction-related documents
• Schedule real estate closing appointments
• Support the closing team as needed
