Job Full Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure tenant satisfaction and property maintenance while adhering to all relevant regulations.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Oversee facilities management, including regular inspections and maintenance of the property.
  • Utilize OneSite software for managing tenant accounts, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
  • Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally to enhance tenant retention.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Section 8 housing regulations and processes.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management techniques to foster positive tenant interactions.
  • Experience in property leasing with a focus on maximizing occupancy rates.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles to ensure property upkeep.
  • Ability to effectively upsell properties and services to potential tenants.
  • Background in real estate administration is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques to drive leasing performance.

This position is a temporary assignment ranging from 3-6 Months with a potential to turn permanent
